U.S. OMNI & TSACG Compliance Services is an independent, fee-based, provider of IRS retirement plan compliance administration services to public education employers, which includes school districts, colleges, universities, and other non-ERISA governmental employers.
We developed the Compliance Edge® Program to encompass a comprehensive list of compliance components for plan types common to governmental employers including 401(a), 401(k), Traditional and Roth 403(b)/403(b)(7), and 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plans. We also offer common remitting services as well as recordkeeping services as required by the new IRS regulations governing 403(b) plans.
